If your pharmacy accepts e-prescribe for controlled scripts, Dr. Hossalla will send your script direct to the pharmacy. Note: 85% of Texas pharmacies have this ability. If your pharmacy does not accept e-prescribe, we can continue sending your script via USPS.

If treatment plan review requires a phone consult (or similar) from Dr. Hossalla, additional time may be necessary. If Dr. Hossalla is not able to ship as ordered because of such a delay, your order will be sent on the delivery plan you ordered.

Dr. Hossalla returns many phone calls between 8:00 am and 10:00am in the morning, and evenings between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. Keep your phone handy.

If or any reason Dr. Hossalla feels she is not able to give a prescription refill, you will receive an internet refund in the same manner in which you made the online payment. If you made your payment with a Visa card, that Visa card will be credited back.
